GOLDEN TURMERIC PASTE. Here is the recipe:
Take 250 ml pure water, 125 ml organic dry turmeric root powder, mix and put to medium fire. Let boil for 5-10 minutes. Then add 1 tsp of fine black pepper and about 60 ml of cold pressed organic coconut oil. Oil and black pepper increase the ability of our body to absorb curcumin, which otherwise will be just passing by our intestines without giving the desired effect. Let cool down then refrigerate. You have now a highly potential remedy for many health conditions. It can also be used to boost your immune system. 

The normal dosage is 1/2 coffee spoon per day as a tea, with milk or with your meals. The dosage is higher for people with chronical situations.
